JARDINE PIPES

Jardine is the supplier and builder of exhaust systems for the most powerful motorcycle team in racing: American Honda’s Factory Roadrace program. The RT-Four series is derived from that lagacy. Jardine has taken their vast knowledge of building exhaust systems for “works” engines and applied it to the current crop of production Hon da, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki and KTM models. Each system is designed for a specific model’s power characteristic. When dyno and field testing shows a particular engine requires a Tapered, Stepped or Straight headpipe or S-bend design for optimum power, then that’s what they build, regardless of how complex the project is. Most applications feature complete sysytems or slip-ons. Stainless steel tubing. Aluminium mufflers. Full race and/or spark arrestor models. All feature flawless TIG welded construction, modular CNC aluminium billet end caps, and race inspired slip fit/spring mounting. For added strength on aluminium silencers and brackets, they “shot peen” these components to assure any surface imperfections are removed. Using a determined special “media”, the surface is bombarded to remove and smooth any surface abnormalties and prevent cracks from forming. On aluminium it leaves an easy to care for and unique surface.
